You may have first seen T.C. on the big screen in 2011 as “T.J.” in the film Courageous. While this was his debut film role, it wasn’t his first time in front of the cameras. T.C.’s first real taste of the entertainment industry would come from an unlikely place—TELEVISION.

In 2004, T.C. auditioned for Season 2 of Animal Planet's hit reality television series called "King of the Jungle". On a whim, after watching and enjoying the first season of KOTJ (which was the #1 show on the network), T.C. decided to give it a go himself—just to “see what would happen.” After a few tense weeks of auditions and callbacks from thousands of applicants within the USA, T.C. was among the 12 finalists selected for the show! The cool thing is, we now have ALL the episodes that featured T.C. from the 2004 hit series, available for you to watch! The King of the Jungle competition can be summed up as a cross between "Survivor" and "Big Brother", with everything revolving around all kinds of wildlife.
